Korenovsk district presents a promising investment project in the processing industry

The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing steel structures.  

Within the scope of a large-scale investment project, it is intended to construct a plant for manufacturing steel structures of the aggregate capacity of 3 thousand tons of articles per year. It is planned that the plant with 90% of capacity will manufacture 2.7 thousand tons of steel structures for residents of Korenovsk district and other neighboring districts of Krasnodar region. The estimated capacity of the projected enterprise will make 300 tons of articles per year.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 230.3 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 70 new jobs.

A land plot of 340,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Mayakovskogo Street (0.02km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 7 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 64 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Korenovsk is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 66 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 261 km.
