Korenovsk district presents a profitable investment project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the investors to participate in a project on the construction of a shopping mall.

As envisaged by the project, it is planned to build a shopping & entertainment mall. It will includes hopping spaces (4,800 sq.m.) and entertainment spaces (1,200 sq.m.). As expected, the main consumers of the services will be local community (of the Korenovsk city and Korenovsk district). 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.7 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 11 new jobs.

A land plot of 325 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Karla Marksa Street (0.05km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 72 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 262 km.
