Korenovsk district presents a profitable project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to participate in a profitable investment project on the construction of a business center in the city.

It is expected to build a "B" class business center where the area of leasable spaces will make 1,300 sq.m. The services of the center will be of demand among the community of the municipal center, Korenovsk and neighboring districts of Krasnodar region. 

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 10.6 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 5 new jobs.

A land plot of 2,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Sovetskaya Street (0.05km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 6 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 78 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 256 km.
