The municipality offers to lease a land plot for the implementation of a project on the construction of a workshop on the production of supplementary feeds.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 10,000 sq. m. The site is located in Novoberezansky village. There is a local road, Stroitelnaya Street (0.05 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Korenovsk city is 47 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 104 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Vyselki is 34 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 118 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 280 km.
