The Korenovsk district to present a large-scale investment project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the investors to finance the construction of an enterprise on reprocessing of secondary raw materials.

It is expected to set up an enterprise in the district that will be utilizing worn-out automobile tires and then to sell the related derivative products.The tires will be converted into rubber granulates (1152 tons yearly), metal cord (11.2 tons yearly), textile fiber (42.2 tons yearly). Rubber granulates in the form of EPDM-granules are used for sport surfacing. The product sales market is Krasnodar region and field-specific enterprises. 

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 17 new jobs.

A land plot of 60,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Mayakovskogo Street (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 7 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 67 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 77 km.
