The Korenovsk district to provide an investment land plot for implementation of a profitable agrarian project

The municipality offers to take on lease a land plot to implement the project on the construction of a pig-breeding complex.

The land plot located in the southeastern periphery of the Cossack village Platnikovkayais proposed to be used for accommodation of a pig-breeding complex.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 492,000 sq. m. The site is located in Platnirovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Kucheryavogo Street(50 m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Korenovsk city is 7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 54 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Platnirovskaya is 4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 72 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 235 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Platnirovskaya rural settlement as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is used as agricultural land and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 100 m, to the gas supply system is 200 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 9.4 million rubles.
