The municipality offers to lease a land plot for the construction of a mini-plant for assembling agricultural machinery in Korenovsk.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 50,000 sq. m. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Mayakovskogo street(0.3 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 10 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 67 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 80 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 250 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Korenovskoye urban settlement as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 600 m, to the water system is 750 m, to the gas supply system is 400 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 3 million rubles.
