The municipality offers the investors to take on lease a land plot to implement an investment project on the construction of a plant on manufacturing powder-coated paints.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 50,000 sq. m. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Gvardeyskaya Street (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar - Ust-Labinsk – Korenovsk" is 1 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 67 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport  is 75 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 247 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Korenovskoye urban settlement as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 400 m, to the gas supply system is 400 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 1.6 million rubles.
